what is the law of Conservation?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

The law of conservation of energy states that the total amount of energy in a system remains constant ("is conserved"), although energy within the system can be changed from one form to another or transferred from one object to another.

First i,m going to explain what is energy, it is a basically defined as an ability to do some act or work. It is measured with the same unit as work, Joules. And the Law of Conservation of Energy means it can neither be created nor be destroyed, it can only be transformed from one form to another form.
