the value comes first followed by the frequency

n = 45

(19 x 3) + (20 x 5) + (21 x 25) + (22 x 8) + (23 x 2) + (24 x 1) +(28 x 1) =
57 + 125 + 525 + 176 + 46 + 24 + 28 = 981

981/45 = 21.8 is your mean

The mode is found by the highest frequency....in this case the highest frequency is 25.....therefore the mode is the value 21

I am not sure....look at this....I think you supposed to use the total number of frequency, which is 45....add 1 and then divide by 2...giving you the 23 value. But then you add the frequencies, one by one, and your supposed to get 23, but you don't...so I do not know....look at the link and see what you can figure out
