why do workers with more education and training generally get paid high wages? do you think this is fair? why or why not?

First of all..I'm not a huge fan of the current education system. All it does is create a lot of robots. All these robots have been programmed the same stuff. But because they are human robots..they vary in their retention of this "stuff" :) The ones who remember more become successful at campus placements and get landed with decent jobs. The ones who remember just enough get lucky and land jobs. Finally there are a class of students who don't remember or don't wish to remember .Whatever their reasons, they are stuck without jobs.I sympathise with the ones that don't remember. They are having a tough time and in need of a break. The ones that don't wish to remember have no interest in the degree they are pursuing.Their interest lies elsewhere, but they have been forced to take this line of study.Well, showing no interest is not the way of retaliation. The thing to do is to get over with this course and then follow your interests. So,the education system is not easy to come to terms with. Those that show the temperament to come out of it must be rewarded in some way. So,I support higher wages for those workers with more education. But I don't believe that once they start working in a company..they are entitled to more training than others in the same scale. That is definitely not right.
