ADP. Adenosine di phosphate? well well it consist as the name suggest of adenosine whereto a pyrophosphate is linked. ADP is the mostly the molecule that is the leftovers from the hydrolysis of ATP into ADP, but it still contain some energy and we have seen that the reaction ADP + ADP -> ATP + AMP do happen from time to time to get even more energy.
