\[y=-3x+1\] if \(x=1\) you get \[y=-3\times 1+1=-2\] and therefore \(a=-2\)

find \(b\) in a similar fashion, by solving \[4=-3b+1\] for \(b\) then you can do whatever you like with \(a\) and \(b\) including computing \[2a-3b\]
