what i've done is to take 5.6 convert to metes for unit alignment. 5.6cm=.056m
then I think i know i should use the formula $$I=1/2mr ^{2}$$  from there after converting my 600 rev/min to rad/ sec which is 62.83 my overall answer is .28, can somebody confirm and or point on my errors please?
