Write a formula for this sequence: 1, 1, 1/10, 1/280, 1/15400, 1/1401400,..... help, please

OpenStudy (loser66):

@dan815 , @surjithayer

OpenStudy (loser66):

this is the part where it comes from

OpenStudy (loser66):

Or just tell me whether it's converge or not, if it is, which value of convergence?

OpenStudy (dan815):

coverges

OpenStudy (loser66):

to where?

OpenStudy (loser66):

how to test? ratio? if so, need the formula of the series, right?

hartnn (hartnn):

for ratio you only need a(n+1)/an which you already have as 9/9n^2+9n+2 isn't it ?

OpenStudy (loser66):

yes, so just take limit when n goes to infinitive, right?

hartnn (hartnn):

yup! find limit as n-> infinity, and if L<1 it converges :)
