According to Bernoulli's equation where speed of the fluid is high pressure will be low. Due to the presence of colestrol in bloob vessels area of cross-section of the blood vessels decreases as a result speed of blood should increases and blood pressure should decrease but it does not happpen due to colestrol blood pressure increases?

OpenStudy (agent0smith):

The pressure will be low in that area, that doesn't mean blood pressure overall through the body is lower.

OpenStudy (kainui):

Since it's going so fast through the blocked arteries, it's filling up the non-clogged up bloob vessels faster than they are draining out, so they collect more bloob and become bloated and high pressure!|dw:1376110649656:dw| The calculus in me is saying that there is a negative divergence!
