We have 5 cards. 4 of them are the kings...the only kings in a 52 card deck. So all we have to do is count the possibilities for the 5th card. How many possibilities are there for that 5th card?

KKKK 2 of clubs
KKKK 3 of hearts
etc etc etc
There will be 48 possible combinations like this since there are 48 possibilities for the 5th card
