Where does one begin with any of this? There is no "Help" or any suggestion of where or how.

You have 2 options, you can ask questions or help people.
To ask a question, first find the right section by clicking on Find More Subjects (on top of the screen) and select one. When you're in the right place, write the question in the white area on the lelft where it says: Ask a question... and click on post.

To help people, you just click on a question and reply on the bottom if you think you can help the asker of the question.

If you need any help using the website you can contact people with an $\Large\bf\color{#872af0}{Ⓐ}$ next to their usernames by using the Send Message button.
