This is easy. I'll show you step by step.

The second answer is correct.
And because of that, I'll use it as my example.

Step 1.

Start with the infinitive verb. "Respirar."

Step 2.

Conjugate the verb into the (El/Ella/Usted) form.

That's "respira."

Step 3.

Take a look at the last letter.

If it's an E, change it to an A.
If it's an A, change it to an E.

The last letter in "respira" is A.
Change it to an E,
and it becomes....."respire."

Step 4.

Add an S onto the end of the word.

Now, you get...."respires."

Put the word "No" right before the word.

There are some words where these five steps won't work.
