Calc 3 problem Apply Green's Theorem Area formula which is Area of R=1/2 [integral (xdy-ydx)] to find the area bounded by the curve C: r(t)=, 0<=t<=2Pi. I did x=cost dx=-2sin(2t) y=-sint dy=-2cos(2t) for the Area I for the answer -2pi but area can't be negative. Where did I go wrong?
