Problem

OpenStudy (anonymous):

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Is there something wrong with the answers for this problem? because i get the radius as \(r=0.1\)

OpenStudy (fifciol):

radius is half the diameter. If diameter is 18cm then radius is 9cm = 0,09 m Calculations and answer are correct

OpenStudy (anonymous):

20 cm = 0.2 m => for the radius = 0.1?

OpenStudy (fifciol):

yes

OpenStudy (fifciol):

if 20cm is diameter

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Then the answer is wrong? because the \(r= 0.010\)?

OpenStudy (fifciol):

diamater in your question is 18cm not 20cm so radius is 0.090 not 0,10

OpenStudy (anonymous):

isnt the diameter 20?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

how is it 18?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

OpenStudy (fifciol):

you first attached question with 18cm radius

OpenStudy (anonymous):

wooppss, sorry!!

OpenStudy (anonymous):

but i want to make sure, that the solution is not right?

OpenStudy (fifciol):

not right , radius should be 10 cm so it's 0,1m not 0,01m

OpenStudy (anonymous):

ok thank you!!

OpenStudy (fifciol):
