A rugby player kicks a ball from the ground aiming to get the ball over the horizontal bar. The ball is 50m from the goal line and directly in front of the posts. The initial speed of the ball is 25m/s and the horizontal bar is 3,5m from the ground. Between what two initial elevation angles must the ball be kicked to get it over the bar?

the minimum requirements for this is when v=0 it should be 3.5m in the air. Just a little hint incase you didn'|dw:1376250157409:dw| knowing that try fiddling around with vf=vo-gt, .5gt2+vosinxt=y, and vf2=vo2-2g(delta)y
