what is y=2x+11
Can you elaborate?...
y can equal anything and x can too ._. therre are countless options like y can equal 13 & x can equal 1 or y = 5 & x = -3

and the full question is if m<G=2x+11 and m<A= 5x - 37calculate m<g
2x + 11 = 5x - 37 -3x = - 48 x = 16 is 16 one of the answers you can choose from?
Yes thank you AnnoyedStudent for your great help
16 isn't the answer though, they put in that trap for a reason (because a lot of people usually stop here when they shouldn't)
@jim_thompson5910 wait but that's weird ??
How do you know it isn't the answer?
you have to keep going m < G = 2x + 11 m < G = 2*16 + 11 .. plug in x = 16 m < G = 32 + 11 m < G = 43
they didn't say find x, they said find m < G
Ohhhhhhhhhh I forgot about that -_)- im so sorry
its ok, you did great
Thank you @jim_thompson5910 i just feel kinda stupid for forgetting about that
