A wooden garden tray with a base area of xy square inches is filled with soil up to a certain height. The tray contains (4x2y + 6xy2 + xy) cubic inches of soil. The height of the tray is represented by the expression 4 x squared y plus 6 x y squared plus x y all over xy Which expression below is the correct simplified form of the height of the tray? 10xy 10xy + 1 4x + 6y + 1 4x2y + 6xy2 + 1
Is it choice c???
looks correct ! always its c, or did u work it also ha ? :)
thank you :)
for the stubborn @nincompoop factor the numerator as much as you can. Each term clearly has a factor of x and a factor of y, so let's strip those out. (xy)(4x + 6y + 1) / xy Now the (xy) in the numerator cancels out the one in the denominator! So you are left with: (4x + 6y + 1) which is C.
submit it eh
ok
lol showing the work motivates others to help fast ! good work !!
thank you :)
