There are four statements, A, R, p,q. You need to know the truth value of each statement in order to make the correct choices. Which one(s) of the statements you do not have the truth value (i.e. do not know if it is true or false) and why?

The first one is a little harder, where I gave you the hint. I think you should be able to solve the second one if you're expected to solve the first one.

Zero is a rational number because it is either terminating or non-terminating.

OpenStudy (mathmate):

So are rational numbers always closed under division, knowing that division by zero does not give a rational number?
