The measures of a radius of a circle and a side of a square are equal. What is the ratio of the area of the circle to the area of the square? (A) 1:1 (B) 2(pi):1 (C) (pi):1 (D) 1: (pi) I got B...Is it correct?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Well, Let's assume the radius of a circle and the side of a square is equal to x then the formula for the area of a circle is pi (x)^2 and the formula for a square would be x^2 pi (x)^2 : x^2 = pi : 1
