im stuck with this question because 7 cant be factored...
Use ordered pairs, completing the square or quadratic formula
2x^2 - 4x - 3x + 6 2x(x-2) -3(x-2) (x-2)(2x-3)

It matches the second option.. (x-2)(2x-3) and (2x-3)(x-2) are the same.. commutative property of multiplication.
