Please don't be offended but it isn't a joke. its a word a problem which i need help solving. Gandalf fired the several sandbags from his canon, which he dubbed the " halfling Hurlere +2" he came up with this formula to get the appx. height in feet of the hobit over a given time in seconds: h(t)=(55 square root of 2) t-16t^2 +3. What's the vertical velocity of the hobbit when he hits the ground. What's the velocity using numerical method.What challenges do you run into. would you use a graphical or numerical method for the problem. Thanks
