how would you turn this equation into slope intercept form? Consider the equation 5x + 2y = 30

-5x from both sides then divide each side by 2

I meant using intercepts method... meaning graphing. how would you graph it?

5x is the slope and 30 is the y intercept

so plot the first point at (5,0)?

no the first point will be at 30 and then from there you would go up 5 over to the right 1
