Parallel meaning same slope, so the slope of the equation is m=4 And it has to cross (-2, 2) So plug this info int the point-slope formula
so it would be y-2-4(x+2)

If you mean y-2=4(x+2) Then yes :) Just finish multiply it out and put it in slope intercept form
