So 1 2 and 3 are parallel and therefore will never touch. If L4 intersects L3, then not only is it not parallel to line 3, but it is also not parallel to L1, L2. That being said, B must be wrong. L1 and L3 are parallel, so c is wrong. L1 is parallel to L2. L2 is not parallel to L4, so neither can L1. SO yeah, answer is A, also givn by the pic xD
