-4t+1=3t+1-7t

OpenStudy (anonymous):

First, combine the t terms on the right hand side

OpenStudy (uri):

Subract 1 both sides -4t+1=3t+1-7t -1 -1 ============ -4t=3t-7t

OpenStudy (anonymous):

-4t?

OpenStudy (uri):

Now -4t-3t+7t =0 no solution! they will be cancelled.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

^agreed

OpenStudy (anonymous):

thank you

OpenStudy (uri):

yw

OpenStudy (anonymous):

you can also see this by combining the t terms right away. If you combine the terms right off the bat, you will see that: -4t+1=-4t+1 these just cancel out

OpenStudy (uri):

@Skip2mylou426 That's right but that's not step by step..and examminer will subract marks..if steps are not right.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

alright

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I can't argue with that, it's a good point. They will deduct for whatever they possibly can.

OpenStudy (uri):
