it is a problem of vector...
in first case there is no wind. so the rain falling horizontally downward..but in the second case there is wind. so the rain will no fall horizontally...
first we have to find the angle of rain fall

Here I have assumed rain falling along z-axis and wind along xy plane.dat correct??
