16 is the answer. As y = (x+8)(x-2) satisfies the graph. You get Y = -25 when you substitute vertex of (-3,-25).

You're welcome!  x intercepts at x= -8 and x= 2 there for (x+8) and (x-2) become the solutions forming the grapgh
