OKay so this is a pentagon! Thre is a formula that gives us the sum of all the interior angles (n-2)*180 Where n is the number of sides of the figure! So here if it is a regular pentagon! The total sum of interior angles would be (5-2)*180 = 540' Thus each angle should be 540/5 = 108!! And in this case the line joing the mid-point of the pentagon bisects the angle 108' Thus giving us 3 as??? Getting me?
