first calculate m2 by using the points in the graph and the formula for slope\[m=\frac{ \Delta y }{\Delta x }= \frac{ y _{2}-y _{1} }{ x _{2}-x _{1} }\] then get the negative reciprocal of m2 to get m1 and then calculate for b using the given points and plug it in the slope equation \[y=mx+b\]
