Need help with an Infinite Series! A patient receives 6mg of a drug daily, while each day the body eliminates 30% of the amount of the drug present in the system. Estimate the total amount that should be present after extended treatment after a dose is given. After using the formula for a geometric series, I get ~8.5mg. However the answer is 20mg...what am I missing??
