In this case lets try with the second equation cause it seems to be easier!
x = y+3 right?
And then put this x value (y+3) in the first equation
And put them in the first equation!
3(y+3) + 2y = -1
Now in this one we have only one variable y
So we can obviously find out the y value from here right? :D
