They are positive but 10 won't go into 5 so the answer is .5 I know I put -2 last time but I messed up sorry it is .5:)

If you turn it around and ask 5 over 10, or 5 divided by 10, or 10 divided into 5, or 10 into 5, then the quotient is 0.5, but this is not what the OP asked.
