asterisk are multiplication signs and you need to box in the variables

but is it a cubed root or a square root times 3? that would make a difference in the answer you know @GreenBeanDemphsey

oh and @GreenBeanDemphsey, I usually use sqrt(whatever) instead of the actual sign, it works the same
