how accurate of an answer do we need? is this related to the empirical rule or the ztables?

by the empirical rule: we have 95/2 % of the data between the mean and z=2 we have 68/2 % of the data between the mean and z=1 therefore, we have z2 data - z1 data between them
so then it would be 13.2%
