What is the simplified form of? i got 3/(x-1)^3+(x+1) but thats not one of my choices. 3 times the sum x plus 1 all over x times the quantity x minus 1 3 times the sum x minus 1 all over x times the quantity x plus 1 3 x times the quantity x plus 1 all over the quantity x minus 1 the quantity x minus 1 all over 3 x times the quantity x plus 1

Just do a/b/c/d ad/bc And then some terms would get cut!

OpenStudy (anonymous):

oh like the -1+1 and the x2's right? i dont know how im randomly left with the )^3

OpenStudy (anonymous):

And then for this one it would be 3x(x-1) right?

OpenStudy (akashdeepdeb):

Just hold on for 1 sec...

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Alright thank you

OpenStudy (akashdeepdeb):

I am on my iPad so can't directly upload pics. :/

OpenStudy (anonymous):

OpenStudy (akashdeepdeb):

OpenStudy (akashdeepdeb):

Okay fine. So do you know the identities such as a^2-b^2 = (a+b)(a-b) and (a+b)^2 ?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

That would be the factors of x^2 etc right?

OpenStudy (akashdeepdeb):

I didn't catch that! But tell me do you know the identities or not?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Not really, they havent taught me alot about this

OpenStudy (akashdeepdeb):

Okay so all you NEED. to know for THIS question is that. (x+1) whole squared = x squared + 2x + 1 squared and also x squared - 1 squared = (x+1)(x-1) Getting me kinda?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Yeah

OpenStudy (akashdeepdeb):

Great so in this question.... 9x. * (x+1)^2 x^2-1 3x^2 BTW I DID NOT PUT THE DIVISION BAR!! Getting me! This is what it should look like.

OpenStudy (akashdeepdeb):

Do you have a facebook id? Let me send you the explation on that as a message!!

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Oh, alright, so its flipped to multiplication to keep simplifying?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

oh okay its https://www.facebook.com/Wtf.yeshu

OpenStudy (akashdeepdeb):

You got it?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

No, i havent gotten anything
