I think it's A. because it says Mark each statement if it correctly 'identifies' a characteristic of Italy's climate or terrain. And A. says Italy has a Mediterranean climate with 'cold, dry winters and hot, rainy summers'.

no the other ones don't because it's not characteristic of Italy's climate or terrain because it identifies the climate and Italy for A. but for B. it only identifies the terrain not Italy and for C. it doesn't identify anything really.......did that help?
