An airplane is flying at 105 km/hr at an angle of 25 degrees to the ground. How fast must a truck travel to stay beneath the airplane?

OpenStudy (akashdeepdeb):

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Heh - the answer depends on the height of the plane...

OpenStudy (akashdeepdeb):

It depends on the vector concept and the vectors', x and y components.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Not on a round planet it doesn't... Or rather, on a round planet, a vector approximation is only reasonable for planes flying near the surface.

OpenStudy (akashdeepdeb):

Be that as it may... Follow it if you want to @Tk2fab I am not forcing anything on anyone. :)
