http://openstudy.com/code-of-conduct On the list of prohibited things is looking for contact info... Also, it is bad to assume people have Facebook. Many don't and they are loosing users at a faster rate since they are now filtering like 85% of messages unless the company sending messages pays to make sure they go through. Not everyone is closing their accounts, but activity on many FB accounts has dropped to almost nothing.
