Do you see the 2 lines in that diagram? One is a solid line and the other is dashed.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Yes

OpenStudy (anonymous):

The answer choices basically give us the equations of those 2 lines. One line is -4x + 2y = 8 The other line is y = -x + 4 Do you know how to figure out which line goes with which equation? It's probably easiest to work with y = -x + 4

OpenStudy (anonymous):

No im confused

OpenStudy (anonymous):

What does the line y = -x + 4 look like? What is the slope of that line? It's already in slope intercept form (y = mx + b)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

-4 is the slope?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

There's absolutely no chance you can deal with a question like this until you understand slope intercept form and how to figure out the slope of a line for a linear equqation. Go back and review linear equations and slope intercept form. Good luck!

I thought coming here ppl would help out

Ill just guess thanx
