What is the slope of the line passing through the point (4, −2) and perpendicular to the line y = 4x + 2? Write your answer as a fraction.

nope, there's no graph.
If the line is perpendicular to that one, take the opposite reciprocal of that line's slope. So, the perpendicular line's slope is 4 so, your line's slope is -1/4
