Fanmail only, but...

People have the option to only receive messages from people they have fanned.  A warning message pops up on the message when you try to send one to them.  This is a great way to cut back on spamming, but there is an issue.  They need a warning message when those people send messages to people they have not fanned!  "WARNING:  You have not fanned this person, so they will not be able to reply to you!"

I have had a few people message me and I can't reply to them.  It is not that I am ignoring them.... they just have the fanmail option on!

Give them a testimonial saying "I can't reply because you didn't fan me" for now, there is very little chance of this getting implemented soon xD
