Question

Elaborately can you list down the steps to design a website from scratch and get it up and running on a server. please be as specific as possible. @dumbsearch2's response will be much appreciated.

Firstly you should know HTML, it's one of the most basic and easiest languages you should know to make a Website. As for hosting the website, and hosting website should work and as I'm not 100% sure of the rules here, I won't mention any websites but you can google: "Hosting Websites" and host your site on a "server".
