Subtract like you normally would since the exponents are the same. For example, -3x^2 + (-2x^2)= -5x^2
m. i don't get it,
What is -18+(-15)?
When you are adding a negative it is the same as subtracting. So, what is -18-15?

No, -18-15=-33, then since your question has z^3 in it, your answer is -33z^3
