Ln(x-2)<0 if and only if .... a) X <3 b) 0 < x <3 c) 2 2 e) X >3

OpenStudy (debbieg):

y=lnx has an x-intercept at (0,1). y=ln(x-2) is a horizontal shift of y=lnx 2 units to the right.... so would shift the x-intercept to x=3. Does that help?

OpenStudy (debbieg):

And the function y=lnx is strictly increasing.

Yea, it does! Thank you DebbieG :)

OpenStudy (debbieg):

You're welcome, happy to help. :)
