Is soccer typically enjoyed by people in Germany and what is the role of it in the community as well as its historic value?

yes it is en joyed in germany by many people but how ever i dont think it is found in history because it is not found that they played soccer in the early 1900s

well durring ww2 soccer was not present because of the battle and some times i think they did play some soccer when bored but i also think that they adopted it from the dains in denmark because they have a strong history in soccer
