That's a topic dependent question. I use khanacademy.com for science & math (and some other areas, too - art history is really good there).

I use Google. I google all the things. Then I wikipedia all the things. Then I regoogle once I know enough to ask a better question.

I learn quickly by reading - so it's at this point that I go to YouTube for further clarity.
