assuming the last "angle" should be "negative"...?

Yes, loads of them. Sine is positive on quadrant 1 and 2 (in degrees, from 0 to 180) and negative in quad 3 and quad 4.

Cosine is positive in quad 1 and quad 4, negative in Q2 and Q3.
