Well, we know that 1 hour is going to cost 2 dollars. Every hour after that is 1.50. So let's say that the amount of hours is x. So after one hour we only have 6 dollars left to spend. We can say then try to solve for the amount of hours, x, by saying that 
$1.50x = $6. 
So now just solve for x and add it to the 1 hour we already spent.
