The billboard needs to be 15/2 times larger than the logo, so the billboard is 4*15/2 x 6*15/2 inches, which is 30 by 45 inches.

For the side that is 6 inches, it needs to get bigger... 6 x (15 / 2) = 45 inches For the side that is 4, it will be 4 x (15/2) = 30 inches. Current length x ratio = new length
