how do you solve and graph -2x+-5y=-10

OpenStudy (anonymous):

You can't solve a linear equation in two variables unless you have 2 equations in the first place. You can, however graph it. We know that the graph is a straight line, because both x and y are raised to the power of 1. Substitute x = 0 and get (0,y). Then substitute y = 0 to get (x,0). Plot these two points on the graph sheet and join them. Voila. Graph obtained.
