Hi everyone.... I am doing exercises on conditionals with Code Academy, and need a hint as to where I am going wrong... If my maths is incorrect, then let me know and I will try to correct it (I kept it simple so I can gain understanding), but If I am not grasping the concept, if someone to could explain further.. that would be great!! http://imageshack.us/photo/my-images/15/pna8.jpg/
bool_two= -2==2 and 4>=4
Thanks Tesla! My workings are still wrong in the other questions ... I have been using paper and pen.... should I use the Labs or is it considered cheating? Should I continue to use paper and pen?
I think it is just a syntax errr on line number 5 you missed a '*' sign with the bracket
Thanks Ankit... Code Academy doesn't really explain things well... so while its bad (waste a little time), its good that it makes me think and try different things http://imageshack.us/photo/my-images/854/vrnj.jpg/
Ohh k ...I have never used code academy so no comments. But you can try using any IDE for python. It will show these simple syntax error. Programming is not only about learning the syntax, you will get comfortable with syntax as you practice. You might want to check https://www.coursera.org/course/algo for learning some serious programming and algorithms.
Sweet! I will check it out mate... but I'm pretty much a nub of a noob.... I need to learn more maths because it is an area where I am severely lacking! Thanks again!
